Shipping Methods & Rates
StudzPeptides offers multiple shipping options to meet your research needs. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service level.
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (orders placed before 2 PM EST)
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or for custom orders.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
All products are shipped in temperature-controlled packaging to maintain product integrity. Peptides are shipped with ice packs or dry ice as appropriate.
Important: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for temperature-sensitive products. A physical street address is required.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment using this number on the carrier's website.
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed, please contact us immediately at support@studzpeptides.com
- Lost packages: We will work with the carrier to locate your shipment
- Damaged products: We will replace damaged items at no additional cost
- Incorrect address: Customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping information
Temperature-Sensitive Products
All peptides are temperature-sensitive and must be stored properly upon receipt. Products are shipped with appropriate cooling materials.
Storage Instructions: Upon receipt, immediately store peptides in a refrigerator (2-8°C) or freezer (-20°C) as indicated on the product label.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for:
- Original shipping costs
- Return shipping costs
- Reshipping costs (if applicable)
